This website is operated by iEcho USA, iEcho America, and iEcho Americas (collectively, “iEcho Americas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to iEcho Americas. For the United States region, B&C Graphics LLC (“B&C Graphics”) acts as a managing party for customer communications, sales coordination, CRM management, marketing support, and related business operations on behalf of iEcho Americas.

We offer this website—including all information, tools, products, and services available from this Site (the “Services”)—conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.

For U.S. operations, B&C Graphics LLC acts as a managing party for customer data processing, CRM management, marketing coordination, and customer communications on behalf of iEcho Americas.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

  • Data may be processed by iEcho Americas and B&C Graphics.

  • Data may be processed through Shopify’s infrastructure.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and iEcho Americas.
