Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on Consumables. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact sales@iechoamericas.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • All return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be approved. For issues beyond 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

  • Special order, custom-configured, and non-stock products are not eligible for return.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, including all original pallets, crates, protective materials, and documentation.

  • Products not returned in original packaging (including pallets or crates when applicable) are not eligible for return.

  • Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or physical damage are not eligible for return.

  • Products deemed not eligible for return will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Once your return passes inspection and quality control, approved refunds will be processed within 72 business hours.
